Order Processing & Shipping
All domestic orders are typically processed and dispatched within 0–7 (Zero to Seven) business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified at the time of placing the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details and shipping updates via your registered email address and mobile number.
Delivery Information
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are complete and accurate.
Popryte shall not be responsible or liable for delays, failed deliveries, delivery attempts, or additional charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
In the event of a failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery details, re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges, where applicable.
Damaged Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. However, in the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 (twenty four) hours of delivery at listen@popryte.com with :
- Clear images of the product;
- Images of the outer packaging and shipping label; and
- A brief description of the issue.
Failure to notify us within the above-mentioned timeline may result in the claim being declined.
Once reviewed by our team, Popryte shall determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion and we will work towards an appropriate resolution at the earliest, typically within 1–2 business days subject to verification.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order is successfully delivered. Returns or exchanges are not accepted thereafter, in case where the product is damaged (kindly refer to the Damaged Order Clause above), defective, or materially different from the order placed.
Limitation of Liability
Popryte’s liability with respect to any order shall be limited solely to the value of the product purchased. Under no circumstances shall Popryte be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, failed deliveries, or courier-related issues.
